1. Eligibility for Exchange
Jewelry can only be returned or exchanged if it has a manufacturing defect or was damaged during shipping.
You must contact us within 3 days of receiving the product to request a return or exchange.
Items must be returned in their original condition, unworn, and with all original packaging.
2. Non-Exchangeable Items
Personalized or made-to-order jewelry cannot be exchanged.
Minor variations in polish or color are part of the uniqueness of handcrafted jewelry and will not be considered defects.
3. Exchange Process
To request an exchange, please share your Order ID, photos of the product, and a short description of the issue with our customer care team.
Once approved, you may return the product, and we will arrange for a replacement piece of equal value.
